Ribbon Color Discrepancy
I ordered red/yellow ribbons to go along with the medals. The ribbons that arrived look like red/orange. Please see picture attached. Is there a way that I can get the red/yellow ribbons that I ordered?

I have used K2 Awards when needing personalized medals.
Great variety. Prices are reasonable and competitive.
I like their chat, but sometimes there's a 24-hour turnaround for my questions to be answered when chat is closed.
I wish there were a more accurate product description regarding the dimensions of the medals. If not provided, you must contact Customer Service. That's why I gave 4 not 5 stars.
