This plate is only for perpetual plaques purchased from K2 Trophies and Awards. Enter the number of plates you would like and then press the Customize Item button to fill in each plate. We use a special process to fuse the ink with the metal so that there are no raised surfaces or fading. By selecting this item, we will refer back to your previous orders to make sure the new plates match the same style of your last plates. All plates come with a peel and stick adhesive patch on the back unless otherwise specified. This plate is only for 12″ x 12.5″ Perpetual Name Plaque (12 Plates) SKU: 530CF or 12″ x 18″ Perpetual Name Plaque (24 Plates) SKU: 532CF. The plate is rectangular with square corners. If your plate is different or your plaque is different please look at the other plates to order the correct one for your plaque.

Damages and issues
If your products arrived damaged or broken, we will send out a FREE replacement of the damaged item or an item of equal value, or if you prefer, refund you for the damaged goods. Just Contact Us within 30 Days of receiving your order and we will be happy to work with you.
Returns
Fortunately the vast majority of products we ship arrive in excellent condition and there may be other reasons why you would like to return them. While we do not accept returns for items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (for instance crystal, glass, acrylic, engraving on medals, and most plaques) we do accept returns on most trophies and medals as long as you inform us within 30 Days of receipt of the products. Please fill out the K2 Merchandise Return Form and include it with your return package. Once we receive the returned items in resalable condition, we will process your refund. Please allow for 3-5 business days after the refund has processed for the funds to return to your form of payment.
