We ordered this plaque for a grandson graduating from high school. The web site was very easy to navigate. The designing and wording for the plaque was easy to order. This was the only website for plaques that was unlimited number of words. All the rest I found limit to 40 words. Everything about ordering was easy, fast, and accurate. The choices were many. Immediately I received an email that the order was being checked for errors. Immediately after that a proof of the plaque was emailed to me. Immediately upon my approval I received an email telling me it was being produced. Then an email stating my order was being shipped. It arrived in a few days, wrapped with exceptional care. The finished product is of highest quality and expertly finished. I am beyond pleased!
