From the first contact where a design employee helped me lay out the plaques to the speed with which they produced our order, the service was phenomenal. Unfortunately the logo on the first order was smeared so I sent a photo by e-mail and they promptly reproduced our order, which was beautiful, and sent it out the same day. We will definitely use them again next year but will try and leave ourselves more time to receive and review the final copy (the proofs I got both times looked fine). Their outstanding customer service (thank you Hailey and Kendall) outweighed the quality control issue on the first batch and is definitely the reason that we will continue to order from K2Awards.
