    We strive to make the ordering process of custom awards simple and transparent. If you receive a product that is damaged, flawed or materially different than described or shown on the site, we will replace the product or provide you with a refund.

    Damages and issues

    If your products arrived damaged or broken, we will send out a FREE replacement of the damaged item or an item of equal value, or if you prefer, refund you for the damaged goods. Just Contact Us within 30 Days of receiving your order and we will be happy to work with you.

    Returns

    Fortunately the vast majority of products we ship arrive in excellent condition and there may be other reasons why you would like to return them. While we do not accept returns for items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (for instance crystal, glass, acrylic, engraving on medals, and most plaques) we do accept returns on most trophies and medals as long as you inform us within 30 Days of receipt of the products. Please fill out the K2 Merchandise Return Form and include it with your return package. Once we receive the returned items in resalable condition, we will process your refund. Please allow for 3-5 business days after the refund has processed for the funds to return to your form of payment.

    I had quietly wondered to myself after clicking submit on the order, would this in fact be a football trophy with a functioning bobblehead? Is that where we are as a society? Is the future in fact right now? I say verily unto thee, dear reader, that this is indeed the case! The future - while until now has in most cases been later- may possibly be within our collective grasp. And if it is, it is most assuredly bobbly. I may just skip the awards ceremony and keep this award for my very own. On second thought, I shall design and purchase another bobblehead football trophy, in honor of myself for designing and purchasing the first one, and for the integrity I exhibited in giving it away to another, for what was undoubtedly a slightly lesser feat of awesomeness.

    Gag trophy for fantasy football league

    This is the 35th year of my fantasy football league. This trophy is the perfect way to honor the league member who was sure he had the best team in the league last year and finished 8th out of 10 teams. The quality of the trophy and engraving exceeded expectations.
