    Extremely poor craftsmanship!

    The top broke off the base 2 minutes after we got it out of the box! So very disappointed! My grandsons were devastated! They were so excited to get them and this is what we get??? I paid way too much money for these to have such poor craftsmanship! I want my.money refunded!

    Great Service

    Trophies came exactly as expected. Except for one. They accidentally sent a smaller version of one that I ordered. However, the customer service was great. They made sure to get me taken care of quickly with zero hassle. My other orders were all great as expected.
