    Amazing Customer Service

I ordered 5 of these plaques, and the order was processed incredibly fast and a proof was ready the next day! The items arrived very quick as well! Upon arrival, I realized that the wrong plaques had been used for my order, so I reached out to K2 Customer Service to ask how to correct the problem. Within 1hr of sending an email, my order had been resent for production on the correct plaque and all of my questions and concerns were answered. I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received and the speed to which all my questions were answered. I will definitely plan to use this company again in the future!

    Complete and Utter Satisfaction!

I have only lived in Richmond a short while and had no idea where to go when I needed two plaques made. Luckily, a colleague recommended K2 Awards and I'm so thankful he did. The K2 staff was amazing from my very first phone call. They explained the process, helped me find the perfect award, and made sure I had it in hand before my company's awards dinner. I look forward to working with K2 again in the very near future and will recommend them every chance I get.
