    Nameplate was flawed

    A little annoying that one of the letters on the nameplate was cut off - the top of the letter isn’t visible. Not enough to go through the hassle of sending it back though. A little better quality control might be good.

    crystal award itself was nice - disappointed that the "plaque" was just a printed sticker

    I really thought the plaque was going to be more substantial - a metal piece or something - it's just a black sticker with white print - seems like a lot of money for a sticker
