Damages and issues
If your products arrived damaged or broken, we will send out a FREE replacement of the damaged item or an item of equal value, or if you prefer, refund you for the damaged goods. Just Contact Us within 30 Days of receiving your order and we will be happy to work with you.
Returns
Fortunately the vast majority of products we ship arrive in excellent condition and there may be other reasons why you would like to return them. While we do not accept returns for items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (for instance crystal, glass, acrylic, engraving on medals, and most plaques) we do accept returns on most trophies and medals as long as you inform us within 30 Days of receipt of the products. Please fill out the K2 Merchandise Return Form and include it with your return package. Once we receive the returned items in resalable condition, we will process your refund. Please allow for 3-5 business days after the refund has processed for the funds to return to your form of payment.

Our girls soccer team loved their little trophy. This was perfect for the girls ages between 5 and 6 their little faces lit up when they received their participation award. I had received one of the trophies with a damaged marble base. When I called them, they not only responded quick, they resolved my problem all within an hour. They got the replacement trophy shipped out as soon as they could and I had no problems with the complaint. I was genuinely impressed how fast they acted to resolve the problem.
