Great medals and great customer service
Medals look great. Engraving was perfect. Came with the wrong ribbons but when I emailed them about it, they responded quickly and shipped the correct ribbons the same day with next day delivery. You could not ask for better customer service. Thanks!

Met expectation
This medal was purchased as a proof of concept for our travel soccer team covering the fall season. The ordering process was easy to navigate and easily identified the spacing and location of the engraving on the back of the medal. Shipping was fast and communication was clear. Upon arrival, the medal was in good condition despite not being in a protective plastic bag. I hope this was because only one medal was ordered? If there were multiple medals, they would have been scratched up and this review would be very different. The medal arrived in a small brown mailer. The medal itself is impressive and has some heft to it to let people know it's quality. The finish and design really POP! This really impressed the coach and we will be moving forward with a larger order once the roster is set for the new season.
