Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (including crystal, glass, acrylic, most plaques, and engraved medals).

Perfect plaque!
product must have slipped in the machine while being engraved 1st time, as some of the lines in the design were very wavy. Upon sending photo of the plaque that I took upon opening the box, K2 agreed to send a new one at no charge. They always have great customer service. A few days later my second plaque arrived with no wavy lines, although the laser engraving wasn't quite as dark as the first one / lines looked slightly faded. Still a good sturdy product and mount. I will probably be ordering more.
