Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (including crystal, glass, acrylic, most plaques, and engraved medals).
Returnable Items:
Most trophies and non-engraved medals may be returned if you notify us within 30 days of delivery.

It was difficult to tell by the description the size of the award. It said 4 1/2 inches, which I assumed was size of the globe on the stand, but it was the size of the globe AND the stand. It arrived quickly well packed.
Everything went well with design and on-line ordering. Product came as stated.
Hayley Sirko did a great job working with me to create this award. She was very nice and friendly on the phone and through several succeeding emails. She expedited my order and I received quickly and in time for my event. The quality if the award beat my expectations. The only complaint is that I noticed it was made in China. I would hope that eventually you guys will make them in the U.S.
