Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (including crystal, glass, acrylic, most plaques, and engraved medals).

The first plaque I received, had a scatch on it. I reached out, shared some photos, and they had a new plaque to me in a few days. As a business owner, you want things happned honestly, ethically, and swiftly. And that is what they did.
I recently ordered several plaques from your group. The plaques themselves were good quality and exactly what I was looking for. However, the person who assembled them did so with unclean/greasy hands. The grease marks and smudges were all behind/under one layer of glass, forcing me to take each one apart to clean it with an alcohol wipe. This took a couple hours of my personal time on a Saturday morning to do. Our company gives our partners a plaque with our logo to boost our brand recognition so providing dirty plaques would only serve to cheapen our brand which is why I needed to disassemble and clean each. The photos/videos I've uploaded don't show the full extent of how filthy the plaques were but you can see some of it.
My experience with K2 Awards was nearly flawless, with just one small item.

- Fingerprints all over the acrylic seem to be easily remedied by cleaning and handling with smudge-free gloves during packing.
