The plaque arrived with a noticeable scratch on the top surface. As soon as I received it, I sent a photo to document the issue. Unfortunately, there was not enough time to have it remade before the presentation.Overall, I was pleased with the product selection and felt I made the right choice based on the options available. However, the scratch on the plaque was unacceptable and detracted from an otherwise quality product.During the presentation, the recipient immediately noticed the scratch and even attempted to rub it off, thinking it was a piece of lint or fiber. This was disappointing, especially for an item intended to recognize and honor someone.I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that it helps improve quality control for future orders.
