These are laser engraved nameplates. The background is black with gold engraved text. Enter the number of plates you would like and then complete the boxes with the text you would like.
.In the comments box you can put the exact measurements of the plates. You are welcome instead to select "Upload file" and upload a Word or Excel file with the text for each plate and the exact sizes. The maximum dimensions are 12" x 12". All plates come with a peel and stick adhesive patch on the back unless you tell us in the comments section that you do not want adhesive.

We strive to make the ordering process of custom awards simple and transparent. If you receive a product that is damaged, flawed or materially different than described or shown on the site, we will replace the product or provide you with a refund.
Damages and issues
If your products arrived damaged or broken, we will send out a FREE replacement of the damaged item or an item of equal value, or if you prefer, refund you for the damaged goods. Just Contact Us within 30 Days of receiving your order and we will be happy to work with you.
Returns
Fortunately the vast majority of products we ship arrive in excellent condition and there may be other reasons why you would like to return them. While we do not accept returns for items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (for instance crystal, glass, acrylic, engraving on medals, and most plaques) we do accept returns on most trophies and medals as long as you inform us within 30 Days of receipt of the products. Please fill out the K2 Merchandise Return Form and include it with your return package. Once we receive the returned items in resalable condition, we will process your refund. Please allow for 3-5 business days after the refund has processed for the funds to return to your form of payment.
We do not refund shipping costs nor pay for return shipping costs. If you have any additional questions about a status of a return or refund please Contact Us.
The product is great, but they don't follow any special instructions, so be sure to get the order right before adding it to the cart for checkout.
