Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (including crystal, glass, acrylic, most plaques, and engraved medals).
Returnable Items:
Most trophies and non-engraved medals may be returned if you notify us within 30 days of delivery.

This was a replacement ribbon which was lost in a flood and while it is not exactly the same ribbon, it is close in appearance to the original and is made of quality ribbon.
