Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (including crystal, glass, acrylic, most plaques, and engraved medals).

It looks good🔥 the base isn’t attached to the crystal plate which makes it difficult to present, 😔one of the crystal balls that helps hold plate on the base broke during shipping 😔

I could not find a crystal 15th anniversary plate anywhere for my daughter's wedding anniversary (the 15th has to be crystal), but then I found K2 and had one engraved. It turned out nice. She was very happy.
