Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (including crystal, glass, acrylic, most plaques, and engraved medals).
Returnable Items:
Most trophies and non-engraved medals may be returned if you notify us within 30 days of delivery.

I have ordered 8 plaques previously and I was very happy with those. Perhaps I did not finely check the proof or I had assumed that it will be done right but unfortunately, I will throw away this plaque because there are too many characters is just a lump of black. It is not good enough for presentation-I have thrown it away.
