Semi engraved plaque
So I double checked the description and it says custom laser engraved. Nope, the plaque itself has its border engraved, but the custom text is printed on plastic and glued to the plaque itself. Not what I was expecting at all. For this price I will be shopping elsewhere.

What you may be referring to is diamond-etched engraving, which is a different engraving method. We understand the distinction can be confusing, and we're sorry the product wasn't what you expected. A great job.
I have used K2 Awards before when I made a plaque for my great-grandfather's grave. I was very happy with their work. I discovered that I needed a marker for my great-great-grandmother's grave since her sandstone tombstone was broken and could no longer be read. I again turned to K2Awards. They once again made an excellent cast aluminum plaque that I will put on her grave. I am thankful they contacted me for a final approval, and they helped with the font sizes that I wanted. Great Job!
