    Laser Engraved Black Standing Glass Award

    I recently ordered several awards and was disappointed with the condition in which they arrived. The shipping box was torn and appeared to have been handled poorly during transit. Unfortunately, one of the awards also arrived damaged, with a broken corner.

    While the awards themselves looked nice, the packaging and shipping process did not adequately protect the items. I expected them to arrive in better condition, especially since they were intended for an important event. I hope improvements can be made to the packaging and quality control process to prevent similar issues in the future.

    Black glass award

    The final product looked even better in person than I was anticipating. Design team was easy to work with and accomodating. There was a slight delay in order processing which was promptly communicated by customer service. The awards were packed nicely and still got here sooner than expected!
