Black Lazer Cheer Medal

Very disappointed with the quality. The printed stickers have noticeable printing lines throughout them, making them look cheap before they were even applied. On top of that, several medals arrived with bubbles and dust trapped underneath the stickers, which makes the finished product look unprofessional. I expected much better quality control, especially for custom awards. Unfortunately, I can't recommend these medals based on the condition they arrived in.

I want to say K2AWARDS is the best company to do business with, I been doing business with them since 2022, and I say they stand behind their products, the first time i had a problem with an order, call and spoke with one of the assistances by the name Annabelle she told me not to worry we take care of it just send me another picture so we can fix the problem, did know how to get that picture other than the way I sent it the first time, so I left it along didn't ,think nothing of it, she refund my money with no problem, I got an email say my order is on its way, didn't know what they were talking about, until I got the package open it was the Medal I order the first time, I was so shock and surprise they made my day. and did an awesome job, K2AWARDS made it happen and it got here just in time for our family reunion 2026 I want to say Thank You so much, K2AWARDS IS MY GO-TO PLACE FOR MY TROPHIES AND AWARD, until next time, from a happy and very satisfied customer.

K2 does great work, with high quality and quick turnaround times.

The medals were produced and delivered very quickly, but nearly half arrived with front image stickers that were crooked, off-center, or cut off. The company responded promptly and offered replacement stickers, though this requires me to remove and reapply them myself. While the medals were otherwise acceptable for the price, the lack of quality control on sticker placement makes me hesitant to purchase again.
