Fantastic service as usual - 6-Stars!!
I've been ordering trophies from K2Awards for our annual "friends and family" golf tournament since 2022 and have been please with not just their reasonable prices and the quality of the trophies, but also with their excellent customer service. But this year they far exceeded all expectations. Although a couple mistakes we made with my recent order, they promptly corrected the problems and rushed the replacements, without requiring me to return the mistakes. Then, at the last minute I requested a new name plate for one of the "mistakes" to be used for a new award we created in honor of my wife who recently passed away. Not only did they agree, but they waived the shipping charges as a kind gesture to express their condolences. I will continue to be a customer for life.
