Damages and issues

While we do not accept returns for items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (for instance crystal, glass, acrylic, engraving on medals, and most plaques) we do accept returns on most trophies and medals as long as you inform us within 30 Days of receipt of the products. Please fill out the K2 Merchandise Return Form and include it with your return package. Once we receive the returned items in resalable condition, we will process your refund. Please allow for 3-5 business days after the refund has processed for the funds to return to your form of payment.

Engraved Cocktail Glasses
The glasses are etched exactly correctly but I am somewhat disappointed that the engraved / etching isn't more pronounced or the typeface larger. I suppose this is on me but the type looks a lot smaller that as represented on the website when submitted as I recall. -- But again, no errors at all - I just thought it would be larger and more pronounced.

custome design on tumbler glass
Hello. They did a great job. My first glass didn't come out correct and they remade it immediately and sent it out to me quickly - no questions asked, no charge and I am extremely satisfied with both the product and they service. Highly recommend them. Their designer was able to match a design we had on a set of glasses that my husband got from his father 20 years ago (we broke one and wanted to replace it). They worked with me to get it just right and I am very happy with the result. Would use them again without hesitation.

Glasses are beautiful, delivery process had some stress
The glasses are beautiful. Due to delays in processing my order and with UPS there was a moment a couple of days before my event when I was notified that they would not arrive on time. I sent emails and was eventually told they would re-run the order and overnight them to me. So although I had a stressful couple of days worrying about the late delivery and hearing nothing from K2Awards, they did make things right in the end. I will order from K2Awards again.
