Damages and issues
If your products arrived damaged or broken, we will send out a FREE replacement of the damaged item or an item of equal value, or if you prefer, refund you for the damaged goods. Just Contact Us within 30 Days of receiving your order and we will be happy to work with you.
Returns
Fortunately the vast majority of products we ship arrive in excellent condition and there may be other reasons why you would like to return them. While we do not accept returns for items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (for instance crystal, glass, acrylic, engraving on medals, and most plaques) we do accept returns on most trophies and medals as long as you inform us within 30 Days of receipt of the products. Please fill out the K2 Merchandise Return Form and include it with your return package. Once we receive the returned items in resalable condition, we will process your refund. Please allow for 3-5 business days after the refund has processed for the funds to return to your form of payment.

I was very impressed with the print quality of the text on the Plaque. I was concerned that there would be some jagged edges like you might see on a low resolution printer, but it was perfect.
The only thing I would note is that I would describe this as a laser etching rather than engraving. The process removes the imperceptibly thin anodized layer on the aluminum, so you won't feel anything cut into the surface. This isn't necessarily a problem, just something to be aware of.
The service was great, as was the packaging for shipment.
