    Damages and issues

    Returns

    Fortunately the vast majority of products we ship arrive in excellent condition and there may be other reasons why you would like to return them. While we do not accept returns for items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (for instance crystal, glass, acrylic, engraving on medals, and most plaques) we do accept returns on most trophies and medals as long as you inform us within 30 Days of receipt of the products. Please fill out the K2 Merchandise Return Form and include it with your return package. Once we receive the returned items in resalable condition, we will process your refund. Please allow for 3-5 business days after the refund has processed for the funds to return to your form of payment.

    The engravings loosely pasted

    For at least 4-5 clock book, the engravings were not pasted firm and were coming out when we started to open the book. We had to use a different glue to fix it and the service is absolutely not worth the price.

    Okay in a pinch

    This product took several tries to get right. The plaque was not glued securely inside the clock when I received it. There was also no way it could possibly lay flat, inside its beveled location, because it was not beveled deeply enough. Then, upon further inspection, I noticed dark spots all over the plaque that I could not wipe off. The customer service was very poor in dealing with this situation. I had to exchange many emails and phone calls multiple times. Eventually, the day before my event, I received the “final product.” The plaque still had dark spots on it, and was not quite seated in a level position. Unfortunately, I was out of time, and had to give that version to our going president.
