    Never saw the trophy!

    I shipped the trophy directly to the gift recipient, so I never saw it. Typically, I would have had it shipped to me first, to double-check it for correctness, and then I would have shipped it to the gift recipient. With shipping rates being through the roof, I skipped the first step. It would have been great if K2 Awards had sent me a photo before shipping so I could have verified the personalization.

    Amazing Customer Service and Product!!!!
