    Great Product/Poor Packing Technique

    Overall great experience but when you open your shipping box only to find your plaque at the very bottom of the surrounding packing material and not encased by it then your gut instantly tells you something will be wrong and as with mine a corner of the plaque was damaged, not really noticeable but disappointing due to the price I paid.
