Damages and issues

While we do not accept returns for items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (for instance crystal, glass, acrylic, engraving on medals, and most plaques) we do accept returns on most trophies and medals as long as you inform us within 30 Days of receipt of the products. Please fill out the K2 Merchandise Return Form and include it with your return package. Once we receive the returned items in resalable condition, we will process your refund. Please allow for 3-5 business days after the refund has processed for the funds to return to your form of payment.
