Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or inconsistent with the approved artwork or product description, we will gladly provide a refund, free replacement or an item of equal value. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
General Returns
While we take every precaution to ensure accuracy, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (including crystal, glass, acrylic, most plaques, and engraved medals).
Returnable Items:
Most trophies and non-engraved medals may be returned if you notify us within 30 days of delivery.
