Enter the number of plates you would like and then press the Customize Item button to fill in each plate and tell us what size you would like your plates. If you are ordering multiple plates, we would request that you use the "Add File Attachments" link to upload a file with the text and the EXACT DIMENSIONS YOU WOULD LIKE. If you are only ordering one plate or all of the plates are the same size, you can put the measurements in the comments box below. All plates come in an easy peel-and-place felxibrass sheet . We also do not put tape on plates that have holes "punched" in them for screws. All plates are made of flexibrass and text is engraved into the metal. These plates are not recommended for outside use or in areas that they would receive direct sunlight. The smallest dimension cannot be larger than 8 inches. The larger dimension cannot be larger than 12 inches.

We strive to make the ordering process of custom awards simple and transparent. If you receive a product that is damaged, flawed or materially different than described or shown on the site, we will replace the product or provide you with a refund.
Damages and issues
If your products arrived damaged or broken, we will send out a FREE replacement of the damaged item or an item of equal value, or if you prefer, refund you for the damaged goods. Just Contact Us within 30 Days of receiving your order and we will be happy to work with you.
Returns
Fortunately the vast majority of products we ship arrive in excellent condition and there may be other reasons why you would like to return them. While we do not accept returns for items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (for instance crystal, glass, acrylic, engraving on medals, and most plaques) we do accept returns on most trophies and medals as long as you inform us within 30 Days of receipt of the products. Please fill out the K2 Merchandise Return Form and include it with your return package. Once we receive the returned items in resalable condition, we will process your refund. Please allow for 3-5 business days after the refund has processed for the funds to return to your form of payment.
We do not refund shipping costs nor pay for return shipping costs. If you have any additional questions about a status of a return or refund please Contact Us.

Damaged Plate Delivered
While the quality of work was good and what I asked for the package came bent and the plate has a bad crease in it and can not use it.

Incorrect shipping address
Unfortunately, the plates got shipped to North Harris Street not South Harris Street so we are still tracking them down.
