This plate is only for perpetual plaques purchased from K2 Trophies and Awards. This plate is laser engraved with gold lettering on the black metal finish and features a gold border. By selecting this item, we will refer back to your previous orders to make sure the new plates match the same style of your last plates. These plates are meant to take the place of a blank plate already on your plaque and do no ship with screws.
