    Amazing quality of the item purchased

    I ordered this item and forgot to add a line to my plate. Customer service had already started production of my item. Which was perfect, but I really needed that 2nd line added on my plate. K2awards helped me out and sent me a 2nd plate at no additional cost to me! That's what I call amazing customer satisfaction!!!
