    Design printed twice

    I am writing regarding the medals we received for our upcoming event. Unfortunately, the design on the medals appears to be printed twice, creating a double‑image effect. Because of this printing issue, we are unable to use the medals for our ceremony.

    Could you please advise on next steps? We would appreciate a replacement or an alternative solution as soon as possible, given our event timeline.
