The customer service was great and the item is very nice, however some of the etching is not the same as other parts.
This award is a thing of beauty! We have ordered it 2 years in a row to give to our top customer service employee and it impresses every year. Side note: the customer service at this company is outstanding as well!
Very disappointing, especially since I ordered from your company before. The quality of the award is Substandard and embarrassing. After the award recipient noticed the base blocks company's name, he questioned, "why did you hide the name of your company?" The engraving is very shallow; therefore, only on a dark background you can read the text. The gift box was dirty and not presentable. We had to give it to him without the box. I have over 8,600 in my LinkedIn network and 289 Million followers. I don't think I would recommend you and embarrass my name. I offered your company at least to compensate 50% of our cost; I did not hear back.
