I've ordered these exact items the last three years to celebrate outstanding achievement among our hourly associates. This year, I was very disappointed with the condition of the product when I received them. All six were filthy. They were covered with some sort of clear film, fingerprints etc. Luckily, I opened them before our banquet to check them because I would have been extremely embarrassed to present this to the recipients in the condition I found them. I took 20-30 minutes of my time to thoroughly clean and repack them before the ceremony. I'm sure the response will be that the film and fingerprints are part of your process but I would counter that the end of your process needs to include a cleaning function.
