Cons:
-Allow customers to see what they create in the picture/thumbnail before ordering it.
-Upon delivery of first plaque, parts of the inscriptions were missing, i.e. commas, number, punctuation, etc.
-Offer up wording to use on trophies, plaques and such
Pros:
-Initial delivery was prompted, as was the second delivery containing the correct plaque
-When the plaque was wrong, b/c K2 made the error, I received prompt service and a solution with no headaches about the issue
-I liked the variety of color and fonts. I was using another online plaque company and had a lot of issues with creating the image I had in mind. I then found K2 and found it more user friendly.
The only reason I am giving a 3 and not a 4 or 5 is b/c of the 1st plaque. Missing all the details was a HUGE oversight on K2s part, however, I do appreciate the quick response and correction. Thank goodness I gave myself 2 weeks. Had I ordered the plaque the week before the event and had these issues, that would have been a disaster. The 1st picture attached is the incorrect plaque upon arrival. The 2nd picture attached is how it should have looked. Also, the white is not behind the word Sur-Seal, but it was still nice.
These arrived super quickly (approved the proofs on Friday, arrived Monday)! The packaging was secure and efficient and the trophies are a great quality. Love the sturdy base too.

How embarassing. In front an audience of 400 people, I presented this trophy to someone and it fell off the base crashing to the stage. Obviously not glued on very well.
Hopefully I'll be able to get a refund. But i'll never get over how devastating it was for me professionally.
