The quality of the plaque exceeded my expectations. The top half was a line drawing made from a scenic photo and I was amazed with how well it turned out. In the process, I noticed an error in the file I submitted and when I sent a correction I received a quick reply that the correction would be made. The plaque arrived very quickly and was packed well. I sent a follow-up question after receiving the plaque and received a prompt reply. I had started with a different company but bailed when that company tacked on an unadvertised "set up fee" at the last minute. No hidden surprises with K2Awards. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality, accurate plaques with a very quick turnaround time.

Ordered on Friday evening at 2300hrs. It arrived on Tuesday around 1500hrs. Did pay for the expedited shipping though. The plaque is amazing and truly exceeded our expectations. Our retiree employee is going to love it!

The plaque I ordered turned out better than expected!

i had made an error on the plaque design over the weekend and they responded by e-mail and i called them on Monday when they opened and voice my concern and they fixed the problem. they told me i would recive the plaque on the 27th and received it on the 17th. so over all it was an excellent experience
