We strive to make the ordering process of custom awards simple and transparent. If you receive a product that is damaged, flawed or materially different than described or shown on the site, we will replace the product or provide you with a refund.
Damages and issues
If your products arrived damaged or broken, we will send out a FREE replacement of the damaged item or an item of equal value, or if you prefer, refund you for the damaged goods. Just Contact Us within 30 Days of receiving your order and we will be happy to work with you.
Returns
Fortunately the vast majority of products we ship arrive in excellent condition and there may be other reasons why you would like to return them. While we do not accept returns for items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (for instance crystal, glass, acrylic, engraving on medals, and most plaques) we do accept returns on most trophies and medals as long as you inform us within 30 Days of receipt of the products. Please fill out the K2 Merchandise Return Form and include it with your return package. Once we receive the returned items in resalable condition, we will process your refund. Please allow for 3-5 business days after the refund has processed for the funds to return to your form of payment.
We do not refund shipping costs nor pay for return shipping costs. If you have any additional questions about a status of a return or refund please Contact Us.

Great quality and design
Fantastic quality, great price, and fast shipping. The engraving is a little light and blends, but it is still beautiful, they were even able to fit a few more characters on the lines than the original "Design Online" option allowed; I just had to request it in the "add a note" field. I also really appreciated the customer support when I reached out for a proof of the design. They responded quickly and efficiently the same day, and the lettering matched exactly as requested.
I have been ordering from K2 Awards for my company awards since 2020, and they truly go above and beyond in service and value.
