Damages and issues
If your products arrived damaged or broken, we will send out a FREE replacement of the damaged item or an item of equal value, or if you prefer, refund you for the damaged goods. Just Contact Us within 30 Days of receiving your order and we will be happy to work with you.
Returns
Fortunately the vast majority of products we ship arrive in excellent condition and there may be other reasons why you would like to return them. While we do not accept returns for items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (for instance crystal, glass, acrylic, engraving on medals, and most plaques) we do accept returns on most trophies and medals as long as you inform us within 30 Days of receipt of the products. Please fill out the K2 Merchandise Return Form and include it with your return package. Once we receive the returned items in resalable condition, we will process your refund. Please allow for 3-5 business days after the refund has processed for the funds to return to your form of payment.

I purchased this cute mug for a friend, sent my engraving texts and logo to the designers at K2 and boy oh boy!!!! They did NOT disappoint!!! This mug (which was a gag gift originally) turned out AMAZING! I will for sure be ordering more custom engraved stuff form this place! I literally could NOT be happier! These guys ROCK! Great Customer Service and the designers are seriously INCREDIBLE! I will recommend this company to everyone I know and strangers too!

The original mugs I received had custom print etched that was too small and was too low on mug. I called customer service and they reviewed pictures that I provided. They reviewed with others and called me back confirming they would provide replacements at No Charge with print proportional to size of mug. New mugs arrived several days later and size of print was much better.
