General Returns
While we take every precaution to ensure accuracy, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on items with direct engraving that cannot be reused (including crystal, glass, acrylic, most plaques, and engraved medals).
Returnable Items:
Most trophies and non-engraved medals may be returned if you notify us within 30 days of delivery.

I was worried from the photo that it may be flimsy, but was really impressed by the weight of the metal and quality of design. I liked being able to provide files for custom engraving, it turned out exactly as I wanted.
I ordered 4 medals as a funny prize for my high school students. When I received the package, it had been opened and was empty. I reached out to K2, and they responded within an hour and sent me a rush replacement shipment the next day. It was incredibly thoughtful not to charge anything for replacement, and I will forever use this company!
