Quick Turn around and a great product!

I called direct and spoke to Hailey regarding my need for tumblers with a quick turn around with a minimum quantity. She was so helpful, showed me some additional tumbler options that I hadn't seen and ended up going with one of her recommendations. I emailed customer service at 9:30pm on a Sunday night so they would have it first thing Monday morning so they could assure me everything was on track, and what do you know? Hailey wrote me back that night to let me know they were shipping in the morning! Well, if that isn't great customer service I don't know what is. I was really surprised and pleased. She is someone dedicated to her customers! I received the tumblers a couple days later and they came out great. Great product and great decoration! Thank you for such good service!
