Cross country trophy
I have been a customer of this company for many years. For some reason this year there has been some mixups with communication and the orders we have placed. It has been an inconvenience to hold our annual end of season awards dinner and be missing two awards. It was a further inconvenience when re-ordering the missing trophies, there was a Second screwup. There has been a discussion amongst our coaches that maybe next year we shouldn’t use your company. I myself want to give you another chance. We’ll see how it goes …
