This is the first time, and will not be the last time that I deal with this company. From customer service, to ease of ordering , an earlier than expected delivery. Fair pricing. Really nice people to work with and I was surprised at how beautiful the packaging that the award came in was you won’t be sorry if you deal with this company. Highly recommend recommended.

    Totally Satisfied Customer

The 8" square, crystal piece is of the highest quality. The etching is tasteful and very readable.

Equally high quality was the customer service. I called and explained I do not order from sites and never put credit cards online. IMMEDIATELY, I was offered a solution using email and telephone that worked easily.

The guaranteed delivery was for 2 weeks. The securely wrapped piece was at our door in less than a week.

This piece is a gift celebrating a special relationship, a forty-year relationship with friends in Italy. Thank you for the perfect gift that reflected our feelings , "Friendship A Shared Joy Since 1984". Kathleen and Frank, 2024
