    My uploaded image was not imprinted onto the face of the medals

    i was sent a proof of the medal that included my uploaded image of a LOGO for my Bocce league, but when the medals arrived, the face of the medals displayed the "stock" image of the year "2025" in gold numbers accompanied with a couple of white stars encircling the numbers.

    I'm hoping to get this situation fixed, though. So the 1 star review can quickly turn into a 5 star review. The logo I wanted printed on the medals is attached to this review, below.

    Better Than Expected

    The Bright Wreathe Insert Medal was the least expensive option so I thought it would be smaller and lighter in weight. Was pleasantly surprised with its generous size and hefty feel.
