    Perfect

    This is my second order from K2, and I’ve been extremely happy both times. The quality is great and the shipping is fast. I really appreciate their outstanding customer service. When they were processing my first order a year ago, they reached out to me because I had forgotten to click the little box on my order that specified that all the medals should be engraved on the back and they wanted to confirm if that was what I meant to do. If they hadn’t reached out, I would’ve had one medal engraved with the information for my spring recital and all the other ones would’ve been blank. In this day and age of so much automation, their customer service puts them a step above the rest in my opinion!
