Flask was not monogrammed.
I was very dissatisfied when I received this item in the mail and learned that the actual flask was not monogrammed per my request. Only the outside of the case was monogrammed with initials. I don't think there was an option to have each item monogrammed separately since the item was sold as one case. I just assumed the monogrammed would be on the outside the case and the flask as the picture is.
This was purchased for my brother who is turning "40" on March 12th. I know it's now too late to order another one or get the flask monogrammed. I also called and left a message on your voice mail on Friday to call me today, March 7th, but I haven't received a call back yet. I would suggest that the monogram option(s) be clearly stated on your web page when ordering this product. Thanks, Michelle Monson
