Our guarantee is simple. If you are not satisfed for any reason, return the products in resaleable condition within30 days for a full refund or replacement. If an award is damaged in transit, simply let us know and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

If you are sending us a return, please include a completed Return Authorization Form with your package. Failure to include the form could result in a delay in processing your return.

We guarantee you the lowest price. If you find a lower published price, we will match it and provide you with additional savings.

24 Hour Shipping

We ship MOST orders placed by noon EST on the next business day. Please note, we do not ship all orders within 24 hours. If you have a large order or time is of the essence, please confirm production and shipping times. Please allow for shipping time from Richmond, Virginia. Check the UPS map for shipping times, which are calculated based on business days. Holidays such as Memorial day are not considered business days. Please note that UPS only delivers on Saturday with Next Day Air Saturday Delivery service. Any FREE SHIPPING PROGRAM excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Please note that UPS charges a $10 fee for change of addresses that we pass on to you. So please make sure your shipping address is correct. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Sales Tax
A 5 % sales tax is collected for all orders shipped to addresses within the State of Virginia.

Shipping Policy
At K2 Trophies and Awards, we aim to keep our prices as low as possible, and that includes cost of shipping. We now offer free ground shipping on orders over $200 which reduces the overall cost of an orderto you significantly. For smaller orders, we separate out shipping costs and let you choose the way you would like us to send you your order. Generally, we Ship via UPS and pass onthe UPSshipping rates directly to you. We offer Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Overnight Air.) The cost of the shipping is dependent upon the size and weight of your order and the distance you are located from Richmond, Virginia. Please note that the shipping time estimates on the website are estimates for the number of business days the order will take to be delivered after allowing for production time. During holiday periods, ground shipments may take longer. FREE GROUND SHIPPING excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

We ship to APO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. When ordering for military bases, please select the armed forces designation in the state box, and we will ship the trophies priority mail.
